Warning! Do not use Balanced Canine Products without a complete understanding and proper training of their intended purpose and function.

Animals can be harmed if:
1.) the exercise is not performed properly,
2.) the exercise is not appropriate for the animal’s ability level,
3.) the animal has a condition where exercise is not indicated. Be sure to consult a veterinarian before performing any exercises with an animal.

By using our equipment the user accepts full responsibility for all risks and injury and waives any right to themselves, their animals, their clients, their executors and any part to hold the manufacturer or its representatives responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused by use of this equipment. Consult your veterinarian before starting an animal on any exercise program.


Balanced Canine Products, Inc. (BCP) warrants that all BCP products are free of manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials and BCP will repair or replace defective parts or equipment for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. See conditions below.

Warranty applies to Balanced Canine Products only when

1.) Product has not been subject to abuse, misuse, accident, improper service and/non-manufacturer modification.
2.) Product remains in the possession of the original purchaser.


A claim under the Balanced Canine Products, Inc. Limited Warranty may be obtained by

1.) Contacting the BCP customer service department and obtaining a verbal or written return authorization number and address.
2.) Returning the defective part or equipment accompanied by the return authorization number.
3.) The return authorization number must appear on the outside of the returned package.
4.) Returned shipments are prepaid by sender to the address given by the BCP customer service department. Keep a record of the returned shipment as proof of the delivery from the shipper.

1.) Obtain a return authorization number from Balanced Canine Products, Inc. customer service department.
2.) The return authorization number must appear on the outside of the returned package.
3.) No unauthorized return will be accepted.
4.) No returns will be accepted after 30 days of the purchase date.
5.) The customer is responsible for the return shipping expenses unless the product is received due to an error from BCP.
7.) Once the returned product is received and processed, the customer’s credit card will then be credited.
8.) Credit for return is issued only to the original purchaser.


1.) If the package is damaged upon receipt, you must note the damage on the delivery bill and have the driver sign it. A claim with the shipping company must then be initiated.
2.) If you discover the package is damaged at a later time, call the shipping company within 10 days and request an inspection. Be sure to save all the packing materials and the contents of the package for the inspection.
